Bhindi Masala (Spicy Lady Finger Curry)

Wash the lady fingers thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut off the ends and slice them into 1-inch pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced lady fingers and sauté them until they are slightly crispy. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of ginger and 1 tablespoon of garlic. Sauté until they are golden brown.

Add 100g of chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Add 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.

Add the sautéed lady fingers back into the pan and mix them with the tomato and spice mixture.
