Prepare all ingredients: halve the Brussels sprouts, peel and devein the shrimp, and mince the garlic.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet, cut side down. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden and just tender, stirring occasionally.
