Oven-Baked Masala Crackers

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 180g whole wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala,

5 tsp chili flakes, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well.

Add 60ml olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add 60ml water, mixing until a firm dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a few more drops of water as needed.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 2-3mm thickness.

Remove the top parchment sheet and cut the dough into desired cracker shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.

Transfer the cut crackers onto the prepared baking tray, leaving a little space between each.
