Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain noodles, and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with egg, remaining mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, stir together Alfredo sauce, garlic, and fresh parsley.

Spread one-third of the sauce mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer with one-third of the noodles, half of the ricotta cheese mixture, half of the shrimp, and half of the crab meat. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Repeat layers, and top with remaining noodles and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil: to prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray, or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese.
