- Maggi masala1 sachet (10g)

Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Finely chop the onions and green chillies.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and green chillies. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.

Add the cubed potatoes to the pan. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly to coat the potatoes with the spices.

Cover the pan and cook the potatoes on low-medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add the green peas and mix well. Cook uncovered for another 5-7 minutes until the potatoes and peas are tender.
