Ingredients

- tomatoes2 medium
- yogurt2 tablespoons

- red chili powder1 teaspoon

In a bowl, mix the grinded mutton with half of the ginger-garlic paste, salt, and half of the cumin and coriander powders. Form into small balls (koftas) and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add the remaining ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

Add the chopped tomatoes, remaining cumin and coriander powders, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil starts to separate.

Add the yogurt and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Gently add the koftas to the pan. Cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, or until the koftas are cooked through.
