- Greek Yoghurt1 tbsp
- Garlic1 clove
- Oregano Seasoning1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder0,5 tsp

Cut the paneer into small cubes.

Slice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips.

Mince the garlic clove.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the paneer cubes to the pan and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the paneer is golden brown.
