Spicy Paneer & Peapod Stir-Fry
Ingredients

- red bell pepper1 medium (about 120g)

- vegetable oil2 tbsp
- garlic2 cloves (about 6g)
- ginger1 inch (about 10g)
- green chilies2 pieces (about 10g)
- soy sauce2 tbsp
- chili garlic sauce1 tbsp
- black pepper1 tsp
- red chili flakes1 tsp

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Wash and trim the peapods. Slice the red bell pepper and onion into thin strips.

Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and green chilies.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the paneer cubes and sauté until golden on all sides (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced onion and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until they start to soften.
