Loki Kofta Curry
Ingredients

- gram flour100 g
- milk250 ml

Peel and grate the loki. Squeeze out excess water and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the grated loki with gram flour and a pinch of salt. Form small balls (koftas) from the mixture.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the koftas until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
