Spicy Aloo Matar Tikki
Ingredients

- Maggi masala1 sachet (10g)

Boil the potatoes (400g) until soft. Peel and mash them in a large bowl.

Boil the green peas (200g) for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and lightly mash them.

Finely chop the onions (100g) and green chillies (2 pieces).

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, mashed peas, chopped onions, and green chillies.

5 tsp salt, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, and 1 sachet (10g) Maggi masala to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
