Mince the garlic and ginger.
Once the tofu is browned, add the garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Pour the soy sauce over the tofu and broccoli, stirring well to combine.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the stir-fry and toss everything together.
Serve the tofu and broccoli stir-fry hot, optionally with steamed rice or noodles.
