- tomato puree1 cup
- onion1 cup
- ginger-garlic paste1 tablespoon

Grate the paneer and mix it with chickpea flour, salt, and half of the cumin seeds.

Divide the mixture into small portions and flatten them.

Place a few raisins and cashew nuts in the center of each portion and shape them into balls.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the koftas until golden brown. Set aside.

In another pan, heat the remaining oil and add the remaining cumin seeds.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
