Grate the paneer and mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Add all-purpose flour, salt, and mix well to form a dough.

Shape the mixture into small balls (koftas) and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the koftas until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining oil and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
