In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into koftas (small meatballs).

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the koftas and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
