Soak the 200g soya bean chunks in hot water for 10-15 minutes until they become soft. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon cornflour with 1 tablespoon water to make a slurry. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon grated ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add 1 medium sliced onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly translucent.

Add 1 medium sliced green bell pepper and 1 medium sliced red bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
