    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them several times with a fork. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the skins are crisp and the insides are soft.

    While the potatoes are baking, chop the bacon into small pieces. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.
