Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and pat them dry.

Slice the carrot, capsicum, onion, and mushroom into thin strips.

Finely chop the garlic, puthina, and coriander.

Cut the beans into bite-sized pieces and dice the tomato.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and whole chilli to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent.

Add the carrot, capsicum, beans, and mushroom to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
