Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced tri color bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the jumbo peeled shrimp and crab meat to the skillet. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and Tajin seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
