Gradually add 100ml water and 1 tbsp olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until a smooth, thick batter forms.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease if necessary.

Pour a portion of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin, round flatbread (about 15cm diameter).
