In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and add water gradually to form a soft dough. Knead well and set aside.

Grate the cauliflower finely and squeeze out excess moisture.

Finely chop the onion and green chilies.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.

Add the grated cauliflower, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the cauliflower is soft and the mixture is dry. Let it cool.
