Ingredients
- fresh fenugreek leaves150 g

Wash the fresh fenugreek leaves and spinach thoroughly under running water. Drain and set aside.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
