Add the green peas (lightly mash them), chickpea flour, chopped coriander, finely chopped green chilies, cumin powder, chaat masala, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a soft dough. If the mixture feels too sticky, add a little more chickpea flour.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small, flat tikkis (patties).
