Strawberry Marshmallow Ice Cream Sandwich

   Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into thin pieces.

   Place the graham crackers on a flat surface.

   Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream on one side of each graham cracker.

   Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the ice cream.

   Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over the strawberries.

   Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the marshmallows.

   Place another graham cracker on top to form a sandwich.

   Press gently to secure the layers together.

   Freeze the sandwiches for at least 1 hour before serving to allow them to set.
