Ice Cream Sandwich

   Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

   In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix well until evenly combined.

   Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a thin, even layer.

   Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

   Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

   Once cooled, cut the baked layer into rectangular pieces to form the sandwich cookies.

   Take one piece of the baked cookie and place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

   Place another piece of the baked cookie on top of the ice cream, pressing gently to form a sandwich.

   Repeat the process with the remaining cookies and ice cream.

    Wrap each ice cream sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
