Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

In a bowl, crumble the paneer and mix it with the chopped onion, garlic, Greek yoghurt, oregano seasoning, red chilli powder, and salt to taste.
