In a large bowl, mix 200g of all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a smooth dough. Knead well and set aside for 30 minutes.

Finely chop 50g of cabbage, 50g of carrot, 50g of bell pepper, 1 medium onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, and 1 green chili.

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the chopped cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
