Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then shred it into small pieces.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped celery and onion, and sauté until they are tender.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed celery and onion, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, dried sage, and dried thyme.
Gradually add the chicken broth to the mixture, stirring until the bread crumbs are moistened but not soggy.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
