Spicy Sausage and Egg Toast

Instructions

   Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

   Add the spicy sausage links to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

   In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

   Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.

   Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted sourdough bread.

   Place a cooked sausage link on four of the slices.

   Top each sausage with a cooked egg.

   Place the remaining slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.

   Serve immediately and enjoy your Spicy Sausage and Egg Toast.
