- jumbo peeled shrimp120 g
- crab meat100 g
- fresh spinach30 g
- garlic cloves, minced6 g
- homemade Alfredo sauce120 g
- mozzarella balls, diced40 g
- shredded Mexican blend cheese28 g
- shredded parmesan and asiago14 g
- cajun seasoning0,5 tsp
- tajin seasoning0,5 tsp

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.

Add the crab meat and fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring until the spinach wilts.

Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning and Tajin seasoning. Stir to combine.

Pour in the homemade Alfredo sauce and mix well. Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
