1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Season the cooked beef with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Stir well to combine and remove from heat.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed bread dough into a rectangle shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Starting from one long side, roll the dough up tightly, jelly-roll style, and pinch the seam to seal.
Place the roll seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make shallow diagonal slashes across the top of the bread roll with a sharp knife.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
