Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix curd, ginger garlic powder, cumin powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, chat masala, black salt, chopped green chilli, cream, kasuri methi, salt, tasting salt, and color to form a marinade.

Add the fish pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
