Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and finely chop the spinach.

Mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Grate the paneer and add it to the mashed potatoes.

Add the chopped spinach and green peas to the bowl.

Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chillies. Add them to the mixture.
