Mushroom Spinach Beef Skillet

Instructions

1. 1

Begin by slicing the beef into thin strips and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

2. 2

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them.

3. 3

Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop if the leaves are large.

4. 4

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

5. 5

Dice the tomatoes, removing the seeds if preferred.

6. 6

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of cooking oil.

7. 7

Add the beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

8. 8

In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if necessary, and sauté the garlic and mushrooms until the mushrooms are golden brown, about 5 minutes.

9. 9

Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
