Ingredients

- spinach500 g

Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and blend into a smooth puree.

Cut the paneer into cubes and lightly fry them in 1 tablespoon of ghee until golden brown. Set aside.

In a pan, heat the remaining ghee and add finely chopped onion. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.

Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies to the pan. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
