Ingredients

- mayonnaise4 tbsp (about 60g)
- ketchup4 tbsp (about 60g)
- cheddar cheese4 slices (about 80g)

Shred the 400g boiled chicken breast into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.

Peel and finely slice the medium onion.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent.

Add the shredded chicken to the pan with the onions. Sprinkle 1 tsp mixed spices (paprika, black pepper, cumin, chili flakes) over the chicken. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat.
