Boil 200g potatoes, peel, and mash them. Mix with 100g boiled chickpeas.

In a blender, combine 1 cup mint leaves, 1 cup coriander leaves, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, and 1 tsp black salt. Add 1 liter of water and blend to make the pani.
