Tomato & Onion Masala Noodles
Ingredients
- noodles200 g
- oil1 tablespoon
- onion100 g
- tomatoes240 g
- green chilli10 g
- tomato ketchup1 tablespoon
- chopped coriander1 tablespoon
- oregano1 teaspoon
- lemon juice1 tablespoon
Instructions

Boil 200g noodles in plenty of water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add 1 medium onion (100g), finely sliced, and sauté until translucent.

Add 1 green chilli (10g), finely chopped, and sauté for 1 minute.

Add 2 medium tomatoes (240g), finely chopped, and cook until soft and mushy.

Stir in 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup and 1 teaspoon oregano. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the boiled noodles to the pan and toss everything together to coat the noodles evenly with the masala.

Add salt to taste and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring gently.
