- shrimp, peeled and deveined200 g
- penne pasta (dry)240 g
- heavy whipping cream120 ml

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken tenderloins to the skillet, season with half of the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the smoked sausage slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
