Ingredients
- Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)250 grams

Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and refresh in cold water to retain the green color. Puree the spinach in a blender and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the paneer cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove the paneer and set aside on a plate.

In the same pan, add the remaining oil and heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
