  • Onion1 medium
  • Tomato1 medium

  • Cream100 milliliters
  • Lemon juice1 tablespoon

    Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and refresh in cold water to retain the green color. Puree the spinach in a blender and set aside.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the paneer cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove the paneer and set aside on a plate.
