Wash and cut the drumstick into 2-inch pieces. Cut the brinjal and potato into cubes. Chop the onion and tomatoes, and mince the garlic.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
