1Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
Stir in the garam masala, chili powder, cumin, and coriander, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and salt to taste, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir in the butter and heavy cream, and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
