Chocorooms Delight

Instructions

   Prepare a double boiler by filling a pot with a few inches of water and placing a heatproof bowl on top. Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

   Break the white chocolate into small pieces and place them in the heatproof bowl. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

   Repeat the same process with the pink chocolate in a separate heatproof bowl.

   While the chocolates are melting, cut the marshmallows into small pieces.

   Once the chocolates are melted, dip each chocoroom halfway into the white chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.

   After the white chocolate has set, dip the other half of each chocoroom into the pink chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

   Sprinkle the chopped marshmallows over the chocorooms while the pink chocolate is still wet.

   Allow the chocorooms to set completely at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for faster setting.

   Once set, your Chocorooms Delight is ready to be enjoyed!
