Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.
Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve the crepes warm, optionally garnished with additional banana slices, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
