1In a pan, add 1/4 cup of ghee and let it melt over low heat.
Once the ghee is melted, add 1 cup of jaggery and stir continuously until it dissolves completely.
Add 1/2 cup of condensed milk to the melted jaggery and mix well.
Gradually add 1/2 cup of milk powder to the mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
Grease your hands with a little ghee and shape the mixture into small balls.
