Ingredients

Heat a pan and add 1/4 cup of ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add 1/4 cup of cashew nuts and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1/4 cup of raisins and fry until they puff up. Remove and set aside.

Add 1 cup of semya to the remaining ghee in the pan and roast until it turns golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In a separate pan, add 1/2 cup of jaggery and 1/4 cup of water. Heat until the jaggery melts completely and forms a syrup. Strain to remove any impurities.

Return the jaggery syrup to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add the roasted semya and mix well.

Add 1 cup of maida to the mixture and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Add the fried cashew nuts, raisins, and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder. Mix well.
