Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges. Place them evenly in a baking dish.
Drizzle the tahini over the apples and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Crumble the halva over the apples and tahini layer.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, and chopped almonds.
Melt the unsalted butter and pour it over the oat mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.
Evenly spread the oat mixture over the apples and halva in the baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of yogurt.
