Cut four large pieces of parchment paper (about 30x40 cm each).

Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic cloves. Cut the lemon into thin rounds.

Trim the broccolini and cut any thick stems in half lengthwise.

Place an equal portion of broccolini in the center of each parchment sheet.

Lay a salmon fillet (about 150g each) on top of the broccolini.
