1In a large pot, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped jalapeño and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce to the pot. Stir to combine.
Pour in the vegetable broth and add the taco seasoning packet. Stir well.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as avocado, cilantro, or a squeeze of lime.
