Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another minute.
Add the black beans, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and chopped jalapeño to the pot. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped cilantro.
