1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hamburger until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion to the skillet with the hamburger and cook until the onion is translucent.
Place the diced potatoes in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked hamburger and onions, boiled potatoes, can of chili, and cream of corn. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a deep pie dish or a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, milk, and melted butter to create a batter.
Pour the batter over the cheese layer in the dish.
Place the bacon slices on top of the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bacon is crispy.
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving.
